Beta Terms, version 1.0
These Beta Terms apply while Harnace is in its beta. They add to the Terms of Service between Harnace LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Harnace"), and the Customer, and where the two differ about the beta, these win. Words defined in the Terms of Service mean the same here.
1. Free during the beta
1.1 The Service costs nothing during the beta, unless an Order Form says otherwise.
1.2 Harnace will not start charging without a signed Order Form or your acceptance of a price shown to you in writing at least 30 days before it applies. If you do not accept, the Service simply stops for you when the beta ends, and your data is exported and deleted as the Terms of Service section 10.3 says.
2. As it is, with no service levels
2.1 The beta Service is unfinished and may contain errors. It is provided as it is and as available, as the Terms of Service section 13 says, and with no service level, uptime or support commitment.
2.2 Harnace may limit how much the Service does for an account in a day, such as how many pulls, files, reads or AI model calls it makes.
3. It may change or end
3.1 Harnace may change, add or remove beta features at any time.
3.2 Harnace may end the beta, or end your participation in it, by telling you at least 30 days in advance, or sooner if security, the law or a provider's change requires it. When it ends, the Terms of Service section 10.3 applies to your data.
4. Feedback
4.1 Feedback is welcome, and is what the beta is for. Write to hello@harnace.com or use the console. Harnace may use feedback as the Terms of Service section 12.2 says.
4.2 Harnace may ask you about your experience. You never have to answer.
5. Your data in the beta
5.1 Customer Data is handled in the beta exactly as the Terms of Service and the Data Processing Addendum say. Nothing in these Beta Terms reduces those protections.
5.2 The beta does not change what Harnace does: it only reads your Customer Systems, never trains a model on your data and deletes your data within 30 days after the Agreement ends.
6. Confidential beta
6.1 Features you see in the beta that Harnace has not announced publicly are Harnace's Confidential Information under the Terms of Service section 11. You may describe your own experience of the Service.
